Luc Bézier's article has been released on the french magazine PHP Solutions. The magazine is dedicated to PHP frameworks. Luc's article is about Drupal and he explain that Drupal is flexible enough to be used as a Framework, like Zend Framework.
Framework or CMS? The question is quite common on the Internet. But sometimes you don't need to choose. Drupal is mainly used as a CMS but it's possible to use it as a Framework aswell. Basically, you reduce drupal's functionalities to the minimum you need. The advantage regarding to a standard Framework will be to re-use some Drupal modules. By re-using drupal modules you will earn a lot of time.
